Geographical and Urban situation:

The project Galei Yam is located in the heart of a very quiet street 50 meters parallel to Balfour Street (main axis, shopping street with various public transport lines) in front of Gan Hair Park.

Payment terms:

25,000 nis * to book an apartment. this sum is deposited in an escrow account at the project lawyer until the projects receive his building permit; that is scheduled for May 2018.

15% upon obtaining the building permit after signing the contract
the 25,000 booking fees will be deducted from the 15%.

35% after a year.

The rest is to discuss with the promoter who is very flexible and willing to adapt the payment terms to each buyer profile.

Guarantees :

The realization of the GALEI YAM project is under Bank Guarantee of BANK HAPOALIM ISRAEL.
The project is governed by the law HOK MEKHER guaranteeing each payment steps and a delivery period respected otherwise penalties will apply.

Delivery delay :

24 months from obtaining the building permit.
